Johanna’s HOPE is dedicated to advocating for people with developmental disabilities who are medically fragile and struggle with chronic illness. Johanna’s Hope helps these individuals and their family caregivers to safely and effectively navigate the healthcare system by providing education, support, and advocacy in the hospital and at home to ensure they receive excellent healthcare that respects the whole person.

Johanna’s Hope works with the local community to help make the natural world and exploring the environment more accessible for all, especially for people with disabilities. 

Johanna’s Hope supports family caregivers with resources geared to the particular needs of families caring for adults with disabilities in their homes.
